To order one of the pieces you see in the Jennifer Rea collection, email jennifer@jenniferrea.com with order information. Include the name of the piece, the price and the address you would like your piece shipped to. A confirmation will be sent via email with the total purchase amount. A check must be received before the piece will be mailed. Checks should be made out to “Jennifer Rea Jewelry.” You will receive a second email when your order is shipped so that you may track your package.

You can also order jewelry via my Etsy site through the shop page or by visiting Etsy.com and searching "Jennifer Rea Jewelry" as the username. Before placing your order, please take the following into consideration:

  • Stone colors and sizes may vary.
  • Availability of stones is limited.
  • Length and size of sterling clasps and
    closures may also vary.
  • Measurements are approximate and
    are made to fit most, but not all.

Because Jennifer Rea Jewelry is completely hand-crafted, please allow 2 weeks for your order to be shipped. All orders will be shipped insured FedEx ground, unless otherwise specified. FedEx ground packages will arrive within 7 business days, Monday - Friday, excluding holidays and weekends. If you need it sooner, just indicate so in your email order and I will make arrangements for you to receive your piece in time. FedEx 2 day air can be used for a standard rate of $20.00.

For residents of Alaska and Hawaii, orders will be shipped via FedEx 2-day air or Overnight Air, which are the only available shipping methods to these states. Additional shipping charges will apply. Please add the following shipping charges based on your order total:

  • Under $100: $8.00
  • $101-$150: $9.00
  • $150-$200: $10.00

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to me within 30 days of the date it was shipped to you. Send an email to jennife@jenniferrea.com to begin processing your request. The cost of shipping is non-refundable. The jewelry must be in its original condition and packaging and shipped back FedEx or UPS. Please insure returns, for I cannot be responsible for lost, damaged, stolen or misdirected packages. I am unable to accept returns of worn or damaged merchandise and I will not accept a return on a custom piece.

My jewelry is hand-crafted with the highest quality stones and closures and great attention is taken with each design. If your piece is in need of repair within 6 months of wear, please notify me via email jennife@jenniferrea.com and mail your piece to the mailing address under contact with the original sales receipt.
